Emma is a specialist in pre‑ & postnatal fitness, committed to helping mums-to-be safely stay strong and mobile throughout pregnancy—and rebound confidently postpartum

🔹 What she offers:
Her sessions—affectionately known as "Squidgers & Squats"—focus on functional movement, pelvic floor strengthening, posture, core stability, and gentle cardio. Emma delivers modifications for all stages, creating a welcoming, inclusive environment for every fitness level.

🔹 When & where:
Classes run weekly on Fridays at 9:15 am, meeting at Rhos on Sea harbour before heading to the Pumphouse for a varied workout flow

Emma’s mission is to empower women to feel confident in their changing bodies. Through safe, tailored exercise, she builds strength, resilience, community, and enjoyment—supporting clients not just physically, but mentally and emotionally through key life transitions.
