Holly is an experienced coach with a background in Sports Science and Strength & Conditioning. Since graduating in 2015, she’s coached independently in a variety of CrossFit and weightlifting-style gyms, known for her inclusive, down-to-earth, and empowering approach.
Having competed in Olympic weightlifting at the Commonwealth level for Wales, Holly understands what it takes to perform at a high level and she brings that knowledge and care into every session, whether you're chasing medals or just wanting to move better and feel stronger. She works with a wide range of people, from kids just starting out in her junior weightlifting classes to women building confidence in her ladies-only strength sessions, to competitive lifters in her British weightlifting affiliated weightlifting team (New Wave Weightlifting) and online clients around the world. Her youngest athlete is 10 and her oldest is 84—proof that strength truly is for everyone.Over the past five years, Holly has supported athletes at both national and international competitions, but she’s just as passionate about helping everyday people build confidence in their movements and feel good in their bodies.
